With wide eyes, he suspiciously grabbed the small tooth and then he quickly cut off a piece and placed it under his microscope. He noticed the little things were moving inside the tooth.
Arnold could not help himself; he cautiously touched the tooth’s particles. Suddenly, a portal appeared on the wall and Arnold was sucked into it. He whirled around until he fell on the ground. He was back in a library!?
Suddenly he heard a loud roar from outside. Then he heard people communicating with each other. Arnold raced to a nearby window and saw a dark green dragon! He stumbled backwards and fell against a shelf. He saw a dark red book. It said, “how to build a hut.”? Then Arnold noticed how old the building was. The glass was mossy dark green, the roof was crumbling, and the walls were mouldy.
A shadow seemed to stretch out behind him, holding what looked like a long spear!
“No! Do not attack me!” Arnold shrieked!
But the figure still threw the spear. Arnold ducked, the spear sliced passed him and hit a baby dragon that was about to pounce on his back!
Arnold focused on the figure standing before him. He was tall with dark brown skin. He was wearing a piece on fabric around his waist held up by a piece of rope. He looked just like one of the carvings that had been on the wall!
“Where am i?” Arnold thought.
Just then the man beckoned Arnold to follow him. Arnold slowly stood up and followed. In the next room Arnold saw a large stone in the middle of the room with a golden handle sticking out of it! Even though he was old, Arnold still wanted to grab hold of the handle. He stretched out his hand and pulled the handle. A sword slipped out! The man fell to his knees and bowed down to Arnold like he was a king!
All of a sudden, Arnold found himself back on the floor in the ruined library. Arnold looked down and saw the sword was still clutched in his hand.
“Why do I still have this sword? What just happened?”
