One day, Silvertooth the dentist woke up with an abominable toothache! He rushed to the dentist on the other side of town for immediate surgery. He didn't even notice his own dentist surgery as he drove by in his car.

Meanwhile, his twin brother Jimmy Bill Bob was waiting for him to get to work. He was already inside, hoping for a free clean and polish.

At 9am, Lily arrived for her appointment at Silvertooth Dentistry but she was that the sign said it was still closed and she was aching for surgery! She was groaning and moaning and punching her fists at the glass door while she waited.
